Indie is a unique, hybrid program of strategy work, action in your own business, and group coaching. There is a weekly curriculum to follow that helps you complete and implement the strategy foundation that most business owners are missing. The curriculum is the exact, week-by-week process she used with her one-on-one coaching clients. It's a lot more than a course.
However, our members share that the transformation they experience is as much because they participate in the course community, and ask for coaching feedback from Kyla. Her questions and insight empower them to make different choices that dramatically improve their business results. -
How much access to Kyla do I receive?
You have opportunities to get feedback daily, weekly, and monthly to get coaching with Kyla. Here's how it works:
1. Get support anytime in the Facebook group: Past and present members can ask questions inside of the Facebook group at any time. Kyla provides coaching feedback, often by personal video, within 48 hours between 9-5 pm Monday to Friday.
2. There are two 60-minute long live monthly video calls: one is dedicated to coaching students, one features a guest expert teaching on a subject requested by students, with discussion and coaching.
3. Kyla goes live in the Facebook group weekly with live marketing teardowns that take a detailed look at great pieces of marketing, talk about what they're doing well and how you can adapt it to your business.
If you need support and want Kyla's input, you will receive it. There are no restrictions on what you can ask for support on, or a limit to the questions that you can ask. -
What is the time commitment for the 90 days?
Most people set aside 2-3 hours per week to complete the coursework. But if you're committed to changing things in your business, whatever time you have? That's enough.
